Meteorologica has a new editorial policy

Including new guidelines for paper submission

The Editorial Board of Meteorologica fixed a set of ethical policies that will govern the process of reviewing the submissions.

Among the main points are:

  • The generation of a policy to handle possible inadvertent errors in works that have been published in the journal.
  • Generating a set of ethical guidelines for the conduct of the reviewers, editors and authors who contribute to the Journal.
  • Establishing clear rules governing the process of peer review.

These guidelines were developed in the framework of the preparation of the magazine for compliance with the requirements of Scopus, with the objective of indexing Meteorologica in this database.
